I love Leslie North’s stories – they’re a wonderful way to cleanse the palate between longer books. I have to admit that this has been one of my favorites and I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series. Italian Billionaire’s Unexpected Lover was a bit more emotional than the other Leslie North books that I’ve read, the heroine is dealing with grief and new responsibilities. Gianpierre is sexy and his attraction to Luciana is palpable and the pace of the plot is delicious. The narration by Connor Brown is also excellent.
