Definitely geared towards the Twilight-fan demographic. Thankfully, these vampires don’t sparkle and less teen angst crap. As for the story, it’s a pretty “normal” vampire forbidden love story. Female lead comes from a vampire hunter family and falls for a vampire. Beyond that, though, it is fairly well excecuted. The narration is fantastic, which helped hold my interest. There is a bit too much love story for me, but that’s a personal preference thing. All in all, it’s a pretty decent book and I’d be open to continuing the series.
