A bucket list, of all the things that take you out of your comfort zone. This is what Jovi has from her best friend Katie. Upon Katie’s untimely death, Jovi decides to complete the bucket list, and the first thing, kiss a stranger. Little did she know the stranger she chooses will change her life. Jovi decides to complete the list and fulfill Katie’s dream vacation, and River, the kissed stranger, is going to accompany her. K.B. Andrews drew me in from the start, the hurt of losing a friend is devastating and the idea of completing the list intrigued me. River comes along and this unlikely pair has a journey of healing, friendship and passion. It’s a coming out of sorts, finding their true selves. With a few twists and a truly beautiful relationship, this was a wonderful story.

Sarah Puckett is amazing at the narration, bringing incredible emotion in as she reads. The story dictates a lot of uncomfortable situations as Jovi’s list is completed, and each time you can feel the hesitancy right through to the exhilaration of the accomplishment. She brings a great pace and wonderful voices to each character. A pleasure to listen to.
