MISMATCH is a wonderfully written second chance love story between a computer software wiz and his high school sweetheart, Lily. Ethan has designed a software program that will match people to their soulmates, but is finding it hard to convince his own true love of his sincerity. In the meantime, his greatest competitor is moving in on both his largest client and his girl. Will Ethan decide where his priorities lie in time to find happiness with his own true love? And is his true love Lily or the company he built from scratch?
Author Lisa Lace continues the matchmaking theme of her TerraMates series, but without the alien Sci-Fi aspect of the story. As always her characters have engaging personalities that draw you into their story, there’s a huge conflict to resolve before their HEA, a bit of danger, great dialogue with plenty of humor, and a unique storyline. I really liked the story and felt the use of both a male and female for narration added depth to my experience making it even more enjoyable. 4 stars.
