I honestly wasn’t sure what I was expecting when I downloaded this audiobook. I loved the author and the narrator, so I decided to give it a try. I’m so glad that I did. It was very different and the tweaks and twists given for ancient history are told in a way that it is plausible. Kind of makes you think. The characters were a bit over the top sometimes, but it went with the plot and that’s what kept the story interesting.
Joel Leslie once again gave a wonderful performance and brought the characters to life.
I highly recommend this 4 star book today.
