Really solid true crime writing: perfect set-up and detailed account of the tragic case while layering intrigue and suspense. Even knowing the ending, the writing kept me invested in knowing, “and then what…?” The addendum(s) to the original story are just as fitting, and all I was left with was the sense that justice had been served. Solid narration for the audiobook. Recommended for summer reading, that is, if infanticide is your idea of light summer reading.
