I have mixed feelings about this book. The characters are very interesting, and I love the dog! But the story is slow to start, and has a very abrupt ending. Not even a cliffhanger, it just ends as though in the middle of a paragraph.
The writing is well done, and Kevin Pierce is a wonderful narrator.
Not disappointed, but it definitely feels like not enough gun happened.
