I was worried that this would be merely be derivative of Firefly, the author’s admitted inspiration, mixed with fantasy elements, but with the 1 credit for 85 hrs of programming, I had to give it a shot for the bargain alone.
Yet, I found so much joy in listening to Mikael Naramore’s performance that I’m sad it there are not 16 more books to listen too. J.S. Morin’s characters were so enjoyable and the stories so well constructed that the long commutes I spent listening flew by, and I couldn’t wait to get back in the car the next day to hear more.
