This was not what I was expecting, I was expecting a fairly average ‘how to be a leader’ book, but this is so much more!
The advice in this book applies to everyone, from children to adults to retirees there is something in here for everyone, in fact, a lot in here for everyone.
Listening to this book is becoming part of my annual review process, where i consider what I achieved versus what I wanted to achieve and set goals and direction for the year to come. Re-clarifying my personal purpose each year will allow me to set goals more aligned with what I want my life to have meant when it’s over, which is incredibly valuable.
Whether you feel you’re on the right track or not, this book is well worth a listen (or ten).
The narration is spot on, I really enjoyed listening to it, I thought it was a great match for the content.
