1. Joel Leslie is my all-time fave narrator, so that was a big plus!
2. I love dogs, and that’s what got my interest, with that cute cover of the guy lying on the grass with the doggie licking his nose!
3. a fun storyline that had me chuckling and lol-ing throughout the whole book (except for the health scare part with his elderly neighbor, that wasn’t funny; so cool to know she’s been a surfer her whole life!)
4. this was such a cute book, made even better by Joel Leslie’s narration of all the various voices; great finalé!
