Listened on Audible. He has a LOT to say. The book calls itself five steps, and he does offer a series of five steps. The steps themselves are not straightforward or simple concepts and his flowery language was hard for me to extract a clear detailed instruction from. I feel like he would give a step then go on a tangent pertaining to selling the need for the step but not giving enough about doing the step so it becomes confused. I found myself sitting here with pen and paper trying to decode his words. There is very good psychological info contained in this book. I do believe it will help me once I can piece it all together. He directs you to his website for certain diagrams, which are absolutely not available on the site. The meditations were there, not the diagrams. That was discouraging. I enjoyed hearing about his life in Africa. I do recommend the book.
