This whole book is just background from birth on how the main character and about why he is the way he is. This whole book should have been one chapter or a paragraph. Just be prepared to sign on for buying 10 books because none of the books in this series are Full Complete books in and of themselves. It is a series of over 300 chapters long. It does get better and is easy listening when you are doing other things. Just know what you are getting into before you buy. I might even suggest starting with book 2.
