Apocalyptic books are a guilty pleasure and it’s hard to find a good series especially in the zombie/zombie like category. It’s important not to think to much for there are a lot of things that will drive you crazy. One example and this one is because I am a gun guy but no one who knows anything about guns will tell a guy to just shoot from the hip Arnold style. Still that aside the story is pretty good and keeps you engage where you can push past details that don’t add up. Usually I get burned out around book 5 in such series but I finished all 10 books and will buy the next one in the series. That says a lot for me and probably deserves a 5 star review just for that alone. Not as great as all the reviews suggest but still well worth the time to get invested into.
