Everything you love from the first book is back, only better. Our lovable sociopath finds more adventures and is an absolute delight. The first book had a forced cliff hanger which made me not really care if there was a sequel. However, the ending to this book left me genuinely invested and wanting more.
As always, Jeff Hays is a wonderful narrator. It’s getting to where I’m starting to seek out books just because he narrated them.
