I really liked the first half or so but as the story continued, the dialogue was just juvenile. The conversations the main characters have during tense scenes made me grimace. It was like the author thought some comedy would help enhance the plot but all it did was pull me from the story. I’m about 60% through the book and can’t decide if it’s worth continuing. Did I buy a young adult book and not realize it?
