I started this book like 4 times before I finally got into it enough to finish, and it was 100% worth it. The start of this book makes it seem a lot darker and maybe a bit too noncon with no communication for my taste, but after the first couple of chapters you realize that not everything is as it seems as the relationships get better and better as it goes.
If you read the first 5-6 chapters and still don’t like it then that’s fair, but I recommend pushing through till chapter 10 at least, that’s when I knew I would end up liking this book
