The actors were great, but I’m quite disappointed in the story. I was excited to listen to this as it’s Cara Bastone and I love her Audible originals and it seemed like a great plot, but it fell flat and everything was repetitive and awkward. Some scenes are just cringe. It could have been so interesting had it gone a different way. The only great part really, was the performance and chemistry of the voice actors. If I had read this instead, I probably would’ve DNFd it.
