I’m invested in the story and I don’t mind the occasional short book. However if I continue the series will depend on the length of the next installment. This book is significantly shorter than book 1. If book 1 was 9 hours and there is a solid 1.5hrs before the final arc that is just reading off the 4 party members decks. I dont mind sections like but i skip them as the cards are covered multiple times before and im sure after that point I wouldn’t have even burned a credit trying the series.
