I was definitely missing the spice in this novel and the ending felt rushed to me. I didn’t like the very ending because it felt contrary to Mercy spending so much time on school/work in previous books. The story was very good and the evolution of characters was interesting to follow. Overall, I loved the series as a whole and can’t wait to read again!
