If you like shifters, sweet alpha males that are not too obnoxious, and language/culture barrier humor then you will like this alien romance. Moderate spice and would be easy to skip if that’s not your thing.
This is my first time reading this author and I enjoyed her writing so much that I will be looking for her other books.
Each of the stories in this set are equally good. I listened to them all within a couple days. The stories are well thought out and build on each other. They could be read in any order but I recommend reading them chronologically bc the interwoven stories will make more sense. The book is an easy read and the world building is effective without feeling like a huge info dump. The characters also have a chance to go from instalove to something with more substance.
The narrator is fantastic and has a very pleasant voice. She didn’t get her voice quite low enough for male characters but changed her tone enough that you could hear the difference between the various characters.
