This was a really quick read which. an make me nervous for character and story development generally. This book did well with both. I enjoyed the lack of the usual poor communication in a crisis, causing a break up or separation.
It was refreshing that when their stressful moment hit, no one jumped to conclusions and they communicated thus avoiding a dumb 3rd act breakup. Narration was awesome
