Rick R Reed writes “Silence of the Missing” with a gothic-like atmosphere, infusing this romantic mystery/suspense tale in a spooky, other-worldly foreboding. David Allen Vargo delivers a wonderful performance as narrator. The production value is top-notch.

The book has plot holes, implausibilities, and unanswered questions that I couldn’t quite look past. This is probably just unique to me, however, when comparing to reactions from other reviewers. Ultimately, I don’t hate it, but I don’t love it–it’s fine.
