When Annalise catches her fiancé cheating on her, she decides she’s taking back her life and going to be independently strong. Moving to a small town, she starts working and ends up making friends. First time having someone she can depend on. One day she’s trying on bridesmaids dresses and she to the wedding she’s attending had a strict outfit policy, she sends a picture of her in the dress to the wedding planner. When she gets a message back she realizes she sent it to the wrong number. (Annalise ends up becoming friends with the guy she texted and they banter off of each other.)

Brody is back and helping on his family’s property while he’s healing his vocals, due to injuring them. He’s grumpy and his friends take him to the local bar. At the local bar, he is introduced to Annalise. She’s star struck but Brody is a jerk and she’s instantly turned off.

Brody one day spots Annalise at the store and offers her a ride home. She gives in because she’s freezing and doesn’t want to walk the snow. He offers to bring and pick up every day for work. Over time Brody and Annalise realize the person they’re texting is the each other!

I loved that when the walls between these two came down, their true pure feelings were able to shine!
