This was such a cute story about a high-school boy navigating his way through young love, fitting in, and finding time for his DnD adventures with a bit of possibly real magic sprinkled in!
I loved the immersive effects used for the DnD campaign scenes. It was so fun to listen to; I could have listened to an entire book of just the campaign! The special sound effects and music really took those scenes to the next level.
My favorite quote has to be about the snail and his gift of a “tiny healing elixir.” I audibly squealed over the cuteness.
