I cried in the end. Paul is one tough ass softy. Mama M finally got her Man!!! Yay Her! love this series. I like how each book fills in some blanks of another and how you can figure out eventually that all the girls were at a crossroads at the same time but only Abby and Ariel really said something to anyone before their relationships were solid. Cara or Kara is bat shit crazy and frustrating but is funny as hell and smart as shit and it makes you love her. Carmen is fierce, loyal and a badass… who finally got her happy. And Trish coping skills had me wacked but I understood and wished I was her and had her Daddy. there are things in the book about the guys fighting skills that were addressed, so overall thus series rocks. i do wish the economy or the education or social interactions with their ppl would come to the fore front. i mean, what will tbe women do besides have sex and babies… besides busy body kara? they are not stay at home moms… they are pilots, fighters, geniuses, a glass maker and a vet at heart… they have to have something else. Maybe when the kids get older?
