I began this book with nothing more than the hopes for some laughs and an interesting step into LitRPG’s this being the first I’ve read.
going in blind to the story, almost straight away i was thrown on what to expect from this book in the best kind of way.
listening to the main character learn and grow and have encounters and interactions is brilliant and so comical I was laughing out loud whilst walking through the street.
Yes this book is crass and lude and has some very gory imagery in parts but is handled in a way the is clear in its intention of being purely comical and over the top with no intention of causing offence. for me it worked I thought it was hilarious and can’t wait to see volume 2
