Any additional comments?
I’ve always enjoyed post-apocalyptic stories of survival, so I wasn’t surprised to find I enjoyed this book. The characters are flawed in relatable ways and are easy to form bonds with.
My favorite aspect of this book is how it doesn’t have the same old “find a place to hole up, then struggle to survive while fighting people” troupe.
My biggest con was the reader. At times he seems to meld characters voices and there wasn’t always a change in tone when switching POV. It was mostly infrequent and did not effect my ability follow or enjoy the story.

Please note I was given a free review copy of this audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
