The subject matter of this book was fascinating. The book was paced well. Jackson allowed the characters (real people of course) to tell their stories and I’ll admit I got a bit misty when Bob Hollowell died. This one will linger in my mind.

But even a terrific book can be spoiled by the wrong narrator. That was not the case with “Bogeyman.” Kevin Pierce’s voice is calming and reassuring, even when relating the horrific acts committed by Penton, like having bad news broken to you by a loving grandfather.

Overall, a moving and satisfying audiobook. Thanks.
