I loved Carl but I love Esper and her character arc so much more. There’s nothing you love to hate about Esper, She’s a great multidimensional character. So good she’s bad. The trauma of her experience comes across so well and I live for the fantasy of averting ogling eyes with genuine threat. This story was such a joy for fans of this universe and Espers story. Mission 4 was really for the readers and I loved the ending. Somehow these are never long enough!
