I have had books by Ivy on my TBL for awhile now, and we excited when I got the chance to listen to this book, not only because it was written by her, but since it was the start of a reverse harem series written by different authors. I’m excited to see what the rest of the series has in store for the other families. I seem to be on a Mauve York kick lately having also listened to her in a different RH series, but this was the first time I’ve had the privilege of having Alexander Neal in my ears, and I’m not upset about it. This series has a different air to it from so many other RH books and I am here for it. I highly recommend this book and will report back once I listen to the rest of the books in the series

To end the devastating Mafia Wars, the heads of 6 families (Irish M0b, Mexican C@rtel, Italian Cosa N0stra, Italian Outfit, London M0b, and Russian Bratva) agree to marry off their daughters to one of the other families, by luck of the draw. This book focuses on Rosa, the daughter of the C@rtel who is to marry the eldest son of the Irish M0b, Tierian Kelly.

They meet each other for the first time on their wedding day, and while Rosa hopes to make the best of it, Tierian wants nothing to do with her after the “I do’s” are said, that is until she threatens to tell the families of his refusal to uphold the treaty, unless he fulfills it by giving her a baby.

They strike an unconventional bargain, but when feelings start to get in the way, and lines are crossed that they can’t come back from, is a HEA in their future, or will the events they set in motion lead them to crash and burn before they can learn this treaty might be the best thing to ever happen to them?
