This was an intense, dark, but beautiful story. My heart was breaking for both Ronan and Seth. I cried learning how Seth survived the death of his parents, also how Trace died and what Ronan was put thru. Their relationship is complicated, they have this push and pull fuelled by chemistry but blocked by their nightmarish pasts. There is a HEA but their journey is full of obstacles almost impossible to overcome and when they finally are together, it is a satisfying ending. Ms. Kennedy is fast becoming one of my fave authors.
Mr. Leslie did another amazing job with the characters as with the previous story. Will be adding his name to my faves to listen to. Looking forward to the next one.
