Probably one of the saddest books I’ve read. It does a really good job setting up and getting to know the characters.
My only nit picks are: every time a conversation needs to end the author chooses to have a baby cry to tear the character away to it. Also one of the characters goes through dramatic changes that feel a little too fast.
