The idea is interesting. A mixture of Venom meets D&D (as another reviewer noted). It definitely benefits from Soundbooth’s excellent storytelling.

The low score is because the writing is just bad. The characters act in unbelievable ways which constantly throw you off. It gets worse the longer you follow the story. The inner monologs are also a bit grating and repetitive. Yes, I get that you live in a world of violence and adventure, but moving on to mass murder so casually? Even Venom has better writing, and that comic isn’t anywhere close to the top ten. The characterization ultimately turned me off to it.
