While the writing for the Mimic character was well worded and scripted the vocal delivery was… All over the place. And not necessarily in a good way. The way it fluctuated I could tell was intentionally all over the place – it got a bit grating and tiresome before too long. It was performed at an 11 when it could’ve been pulled back some to a respectable 7 or 8. It was very jarring and distracting each time the character had a speaking line.
Otherwise the story was an incredible ride, posed and answered some interesting questions, and makes me eager to follow this story wherever it leads to next
