Story is a bit slow. I can’t stand Freya, her dialog is garbage.

I keep trying to like this. Yet Freya is the worst character ever. The banter drives me nuts. if she was gone, this book would be so much better.

As for the MC, he reminds me of a soy boy. Weak and whiney. Then he is strong once, then weak again. Not in physical strength but in doing what needs to be done. So weird. I won’t be continuing with this series.

I have not read anything else this author has done, but im afraid to buy any of his books.
