Except there’s no video, only audio.

“First I did this, then there was a monster that was really, really gross, and then my cat did a stupid thing, and then there were more little monsters, they were gross, too, but in a different way, and then I remembered this thing in my inventory [blah,blah, blah]. We made it out, but barely. After we took our healing potions, we unpacked our loot boxes and I got [long list of items, only one of which is significant].”

At first it was novel and there was a time in my life when I played RPG, so there were things I identified with and that was fun. For an hour or so. And then it was just listening to someone describe what they’re doing in a computer game. And that… that is really boring. I hung in with it for another eight hours thinking something else would happen, but it didn’t. Also, the humor is just snark, a bit of it is funny, but nine hours and it gets old. And some of the targets for snark are things one human being shouldn’t laugh at in another, so it feels far too much like pre-teen boys snickering over stuff they aren’t mature enough to handle yet. And that’s just sad. DNF
