I wasn’t sure I would like this series, but it really grabs you and keeps you on the edge of your seat! A lot of imagination went into to this!
The narrator does a great job reading and conveying what Karl is feeling and thinking.
The only complaint I have is later stories start adding a notice to each of the characters, identifying them as they speak/text in their hidden messaging system.
If you have followed the series beyond the first one you have a very good idea who is saying what!
It gets old hearing,
“Karl:” what do you think Princess Donut!”
“Princess Donut; KARL! I NEED YOUR HELP!”
Other than that quibble I really enjoyed this series!!
