This is one of the best litrpg audiobooks I’ve listened to. Maybe the best so far. The characters are believable and interesting, and there are fun twists that keep propelling the story onwards. That said, there is a lot of heart and soul in the story that I think is often missing in this genre. I admittedly skipped the character stat sheet narrations, but there weren’t many compared to others I’ve listened to. If I had bought the first book in the series as a standalone. I don’t think I would have bought the rest—not because it wasn’t good, but because it would have felt incomplete. Getting all three together felt like how it was meant to be read/heard.

Well worth the credit!
