The story wasn’t terrible, but the narrator was AWFUL! Her voice and accent as the child, Tippy, was CRINGE-WORTHY! Her French accent wasn’t much better. I believe that with a different narrator, I would have enjoyed the story much more. All I could focus on was how irritating the narrator was. However, when she wasn’t attempting to do a fake French accent, she wasn’t bad.
The story itself was good. I did enjoy the animals, Peanut and Endora.😘. The housekeeper, Estelle, should be fired for her rudeness!
I will listen until the end because I want to know who the killer is,
but I’m sure I’ll be gritting my teeth through some of the narration.
