I highly recommend this book to those with an open mind about the subject matter. I understand the age difference and graphic details of the sexual relationship between the two leads have led many to write negative reviews. It’s easy to perceive things in black & white, but if you give the book a chance it will give you a view into a window of many people’s lived experiences. This book is about the grey shades in between those spaces. It doesn’t make it right but that’s what books are for, brining light to those dark places.
