The humor reminded me of Borderlands. It was pretty fun and interesting. After I got over Jeff Hays’ Kronk/Patrick Warburton-esque voice for Carl I enjoyed it more. Once other characters come in I was very impressed with how many different voices he did. It was a fun and brainless read, in the best way. You don’t have to focus, but it is still entertaining and makes you want to keep going.
