Skip this book, worst in the series.

I’ve read the entire series, and this is the worst book by far. this is supposed to be a fun raunchy comic adventure, albeit with a lot of edge. This book is not funny. Unless you find cruelty fun/funny. I don’t, and assume most people don’t.

Spoilers! All of book 2 is spent endearing you to Fizzy. She’s fun, and a bit naive. Book 3 shits on her hard, Body uses violence to control her. That’s expected of a monster honestly, but you’re put through Tizzy’s perspective, you feel how horrible she feels, and how terrible of a situation she’s in. Then Boxy tentacle tapes her because the author wanted it as a joke. Then Fizzy is suicidal, and again this is all in her perspective. That’s not fun to listen to, that’s not an adventure, that’s not comical, it’s not funny. Cruelty for cruelties sake is bad writing, and this book entirely throws off the themes of all other books.

The ending does get better, and all the books that follow stick to the main theme of fun murder hobo box, but this book is a major let down. I’m not into torture porn. That’s basically what this book is.
