A fun trapped in another realm fantasy book, with a duplicitous villainous main character. A godlike villain gets stripped of most of his powers and has to out think and manipulate his way through another world. His quest for revenge leads to having to start and finish a heroic quest, which of course he has fun manipulating and exploiting to further his goals.
The narration is fun, and the delivery is good on all of the sarcastic monologues the main character gives. I especially enjoyed his thought s on why horses are evil terrible creations. Overall if you want a comedic take on fantasy tropes and them being played fast and loose with, check this one out.
