First of all, the narrator is absolutely terrible. I’ve listened to many audio books and it’s a shame that the person telling the story doesn’t match the main character, not to mention the acting is just not there. Especially at the beginning of the series, she is so mono toned that she makes it almost boring.
The story is good though for the first book and that’s what made me keep listening. Although, I had to stop listening a few chapters into the second book because the story changes between two characters but there is no indication of a switch. And of course the Narrator doesn’t do any different voices or it doesn’t change to a different person telling fhe story so it got extremely confusing to the point the story was no longer enjoyable.
even though I liked the first book, I honestly dont recommend listing to this series.
