The only book I’ve ever exchanged on audible. I’m starting to think the good review are bots or friends of the author. There’s literally nothing good in this book besides the excellent narrator. I read the reviews of it being over crude and sexual and blew them off. I don’t mind that part of the book at all. It’s just that the entire thing is the most boring and dull book I’ve ever listened to.
The main character is a mimic in the form of a treasure chest who has a higher than normal intellect. It manages get higher and higher levels until it breaks free of the dungeon and escapes into the real world. Where it proceeds to murder everything. It then summons a succubus that it repeatedly eats and abuses. No funny dialog or physical humor what so ever.
