This dark fantasy tale of a band of women to plot and enact revenge on those that have wronged or abused them is very enthralling and left me more than interested in more from this universe and author. A good revenge tale always hits a macabre spot inside me, and this one with pretty well-developed characters for a short does a great job of itching that scratch. This could’ve easily been longer and been just as great, and I hope there is more from this setting. The narration by Anne Marie Lewis is great and thought she did a great job throughout. A solid medieval revenge story that is well paced and solidly narrated throughout.
