I was definitely impressed with the storyline of this book. It appeared that Wight had very effectively written himself out of a corner in Blackflame and I wasn’t expecting him to follow through with a plot point I won’t spoil here. Suffice it to say not only does he follow through, but the events that spin out of a very personal storyline quickly have far greater implications for the world of Cradle. Like the other books in the Cradle series I give this one five stars and will immediately be jumping into Ghostwater.
