This is about Tara and Astrid. Tara is young and looking to help pay for her mom’s hospital bills. Astrid is extremely wealthy and lonely. She’s and ice queen and there is an age gap with the characters. Both have challenging backstories, and Cynthia/Hildred does a great job showing how one’s past can impact their lives.
Hildred Billings/Cynthia Dane is an excellent writer! I love how she intertwines characters from other books.
Lu Banks did a great job of narrating! She hit the correct emotions within the very hot sex scenes!
