After listening to all 5 audiobooks I am finding it difficult to move on. No other book series has captured me like DCC. This book will appeal to readers outside of the gameLIT/litRPG genre due to how well rounded the author develops his characters. Setting aside the RPG elements of the book, you have political/corporate greed, revenge, love, loss, strength and lots of character reflection and growth. It is simply one of the best books in not only it’s genre but in all fiction.
Also, the narrator (Jeff Hayes) puts the cherry on top of this masterpiece.
