This is a great book and a great tribute to World War II veterans. I wish he had gotten to my father who died recently at 102. He was a B-29 pilot and lead pilot of his group that flew out of Tinian island, mentioned in this book. My father, Col. Jack Koser, was the only man known to have ever rolled a B-29 in combat. That is a story in itself.

The only negative criticism that I have at all is a pet peeve of mine which is an M1 does take a clip but pretty much every other gun used during WW II take magazines or was belt fed. He is a veteran and he should know this.
